Installing Windows 7 beta on Virtual PC 2007

I couldn't find the other articles, so just in case I lose another one, here's an overview of installing Windows 7 beta on a virtual machine.

Oddly, I didn't have Virtual PC 2007 SP1, which seems to be a common issue.
