WinMerge 2.6 released
The very helpful, and always cool, WinMerge has been updated to version 2.6. Grab it while it's hot.
From the release email:
New in 2.6 since 2.4.10 stable release:
- New icons and splash screen
- Simpler and auto-closing folder compare progress bar
- Line numbers in file compare
- Word-wrap in file compare
- GUI for bookmarks in file compare
- Better character-level difference indication in file compare
- Merge difference which has cursor inside it (no need to select difference first)
- Improved Project file saving and editing
- User-defined folder for file filters
- Renaming items in folder compare
I've mentioned WinMerge before, and I still think it's one of the best file compares out there.
